My candle is broken! What do I do?
If you ordered a candle and it arrives broken, do not burn it. That risk just isn’t worth it. If your candle arrives broken please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and photos to show us how the candle arrived. We will send a new one within 24 hours!
What are your candles made from?
All our jar and tin candles are made from 100% natural, plant-based soy (read more about the joys of soy, here). We use high quality ingredients and all-natural oils, and our wicks are made from 100% natural fibers that will help your candles burn cleanly.
Where did my favorite fragrance go?!
We love to try new things and we rotate our fragrances based on seasons, holidays and what we’re enjoying ourselves. If you really loved a fragrance and can no longer find it, head over to our contact form to let us know what you’re looking for. We’ll be in touch to see what’s possible and if we can conjure up a blast from the past.
Do you do wholesale orders?

Do you do custom orders?
